I would start with the app, and if that isn't what you want try the browser app.
Let me know how it goes. So I tried both links and I keep getting the pop up that says this is not a verified microsoft app, get from the app store.
Antoinette, the first one installs fine, prompts me to sign in. The second web app has a sign in link at the top right to sign into your account or create one. It doesn't install, you just sign in and use it in the web page that opens. Are you by any chance running Windows 10 S mode which restricts you to only Microsoft Store apps?
